Key Account Manager- Private


 

Primary Objective:

Assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Company strategies are correctly and uniformly implemented.
  • Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure their requirements are being met by the company's products where possible.
  • Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Enlisting of new launched products.
  • Double visit with other reps to ensure synergy between them in front of key customers.
  • Monitor forecast, orders and DOH with key customers for respective products.

    Accountability / Scope

  • Ability to build strong and long-lasting strategic and trusted relationships with KA.
  • Ability to communicate customised value propositions.
  • Ability to negotiate long term agreements/ implement activities in the KA.
  • Ability to reach consensus and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to monitor performance and adapt plans to external and internal changes.
  • Knowledge of risk management and mitigation plans.
  • Knowledge of legal environment/framework vs. negotiations with KA.

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Abbott EPD Saudi.
  • AE is a must in the last two years.
  • Travel ability up to 50%.
  • Team player with proven ability to work across different cultures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Presentation and computer skills.
  • Multi task oriented.
