We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Center General Manager to oversee the operations of our training facility in the food and beverage industry. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of training programs, and facility administration, and ensuring the highest standards of training delivery to drive excellence in the industry. The Training Center General Manager will be crucial in developing and implementing effective training strategies, managing a team of trainers, and creating a positive learning environment for our participants.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training strategies: Design and execute comprehensive training programs that align with industry best practices and cater to the diverse needs of students, professionals, and organizations in the food and beverage industry.
  • Supervise training operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training center, ensuring smooth scheduling and delivery of training courses, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining a safe and clean learning environment.
  • Manage training staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of qualified trainers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their professional growth and adherence to training standards.
  • Curriculum development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training materials, courses, and curricula to stay in sync with emerging industry trends, practices, and regulations.
  • Quality assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, materials, and delivery methods, ensuring they meet the desired learning outcomes.
