Job Description:
Production Engineer for Analyzer System Projects.
Skill and Capabilities
- As Production Engineer for Analyzer System, should have a proven record of handling Analyzer System installation/integration.
- Understand the Project life cycle of Analyzer System Projects.
- Understand the Subcomponent of Analyzer Systems
- Familiar with Aramco and Sabic Standards.
- Familiar with Material Specification Requirement of Analyzer Systems.
- Capable of Scheduling and Planning the production activities.
- Has hold a Supervisory position in construction or similar post in Analyzer Projects
- Good Command on MS Office and MS project.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure that the Analyzer systems are integrated and assembled in accordance to engineering design, project specification etc
- Attending internal Project Handover meetings and IKOM
- Conduct site surveys/visits to plant/customer places for project evaluation and technical assessment.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Make and maintain Floor Production plan/schedule, resource planning.
- Maintain/Update the list of Stock Material and initiate Purchase Order Requisition according to Production Plan.
- Maintain/update the list of inhouse tools/tackles, machineries etc
- Maintain records/perform routine maintenance activitiesof all machineries
- Review Engineering Drawing and prepare c-class items.
- Development & identifying the local subcontractor for various activities
- Shall supervise shop floor work and co-ordinate the communication between Production Team and sub contractor (as applicable).
- Responsible for quality work of the integration and assembly work
- Ensure the Construction is as per Issued for construction Drawings.
- Shall monitor closely the production schedule and inspect at Vendor site (as applicable) for quality during the fabrication process.
- Inspect be based on required specifications/drawings specified in Purchase Order to Vendor, Any discrepancies identified during such fabrication process shall be notified to Vendor by Production Engineer through email for required resolution by Vendor.
- All Activities during the various stages of the entire production cycle shall be monitored and recorded in the Production Check list.
- Support ‘Receiving Inspection’ and Prepare Material Receipt Inspection Report.
- Perform Final Inspection/ Factory Acceptance test
- Provide Markup drawings to Project Mangers to issue as As-built.
- Supervision of packing and preservation as per approved procedure in coordination with packing vendor. Prepare packing list
- Coordination with logistic team & project Manager for shipping the consignments
