- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of payments experience is must
- Proven understanding of banking & payment operations, tools and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of processor connectivity (MPGS, CyberSource), PSPs, Payment methods, acquiring banks, MSO set-up, MID configurations, Settlement cycle..etc.
- Hands-on experience developing and driving projects with tight schedules and multiple dependencies.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key job responsibilities
- Responsible for the direct technical and operations support for Enterprise Clients both from technical & operational needs. Serve as leader and point of contact for escalated contact resolution of a business impacting matters.
- Manage multiple enterprise client accounts, including major business partners with significant impact. SLA and root cause/prevention management. Tracks, monitors and drives for improvements in the Amazon Commerce products. Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external customers. Will contribute to the development of the project plan for the business.
- Can independently identify and implement process improvements geared toward improving the client experience or organizational efficiencies. Finds and designs new efficiencies that result in cost
- Finds solution to technical problems that involve new We technology, simplify, and create closed loop systems.
