Job Summary:
To effectively respond to the needs of Guests, by delivering exceptional service in collaboration with a team of engaged individuals within the theater operation. Their main job is to sell tickets, dealing with serving food, drinks and furthermore.
Job responsibilities:
- Checking people's tickets as they enter the auditorium
- Dealing with serving food and beverages.
- Solving any problems relating to food and beverages and tickets arrangements.
- Supervising the evacuation of the premises in the event of an emergency.
